Project Neptune’s hull restoration included detailed inspection, comprehensive repair, and finishing services to revitalize its operational capacity. Our team began by conducting an initial assessment of the hull’s structure, pinpointing areas with significant wear, rust accumulation, and weakened metal integrity. The next phase involved specialized sandblasting to remove surface rust and prepare the structure for protective coating application. Each step of the restoration was carried out following stringent safety protocols and industry standards. We used corrosion-resistant materials and high-quality marine-grade paints for optimal durability. After applying the primer and final coats, the hull was inspected for coating uniformity and tested to withstand prolonged exposure to harsh sea conditions. Final post-repair testing confirmed the hull’s readiness for long-haul routes. This project not only extended the vessel's lifespan but also improved its fuel efficiency and resistance to corrosion, ensuring lower operational costs for the client over time
